Kelsey’s Race is a unique format, multi-league, state-wide, season-opening, race where every competitor feels like a winner.
Kelsey’s Race has been established as an annual event where racers will “get their racing legs under them” for years to come. Teams hone their race day organizational routines, and even whole leagues work the kinks out of honing their staging details. Everyone learns, preparing themselves for the competitive season yet to come.

Race Format
Four side-by-side modified GS courses allow pairs of boys and pairs of girls to race one another. Nearly everyone finishes and will get a time to judge just how fast they are. Woot! The action is fast-pace and fully visible to spectators and teammates.
